- 05 red skinned potatoes, cleaned and sliced thin
- olive oil
- kosher salt
- ground pepper
- garlic powder
Place potatoes in a pan.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Toss to coat.
Bake at 400 degrees for twenty minutes.
Flip and continue cooking for another fifteen minutes.
These are also good with grated parmesan cheese sprinkled on top during the last few minutes of baking!
