- 04 – 06 jalapeno peppers
- 02 C cream cheese
- 1/2 C canned mandarin oranges, diced
- 02 Tbsp. bacon bits
Cut the tops off of the peppers, remove seeds and membranes and slice each pepper in half, lengthwise.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Stuff each pepper slice with cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
I baked my poppers in a cupcake tin to help keep them upright while baking.
