I had some left over ribeye and red wine herb butter from the other night so I decided to make a quesadilla.
- 1/2 C cooked ribeye, sliced thin
- 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1/4 fresh tomato, sliced
- shredded cheddar cheese
- crumbled feta cheese
- 01 flour tortilla
- 01 pat red wine herb butter
- 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salsa (optional)
Heat olive oil and red wine herb butter in a pan.
Add onions and fry until golden.
Add steak and fry until heated through.
Place steak and onions, feta cheese, sliced tomato and cheddar cheese on one half of the tortilla.
Wipe out any excess oil and butter from the pan.
Fold tortilla over and fry until slightly brown.
Flip to brown the other side.
Cut and serve with salsa.
