- 02 Tbsp. butter
- 02 Tbsp. orange marmalade jelly
- 01 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 02 – 03 C baby carrots
- 01 Tbsp. olive oil
- kosher salt
- ground pepper
In a small sauce pan, simmer the butter, orange marmalade and Worcestershire sauce until butter is melted.
Place carrots in an oven safe dish.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir to combine.
Pour marmalade sauce over carrots and stir to coat.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour.
Uncover, stir and continue to bake another 1/2 hour or until carrots are tender.
