Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Here’s a healthy, yummy alternative to fast-food chicken nuggets.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken


  • 02 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • kosher salt
  • ground pepper
  • paprika
  • garlic powder
  • 01 1/2 C Italian breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 C grated parmesan cheese
  • 03 eggs

Parmesan Crusted Chicken Prep


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and place a grate over top.
Clean chicken and season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
In a bowl, combine Italian breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
Dip each piece of chicken in the eggs then in the breadcrumbs until coated completely.
Place chicken on the grate.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until no longer pink.
