Roasted Cabbage Steaks

My hubby and I LOVE cabbage. I had 1/2 a head of cabbage left over from the crock pot corned beef and cabbage he made the other night so I cut it into steaks and roasted it in the oven.

  1. I have this new found love affair with cabbage. I adore it roasted, next time I’ll try this recipe. I like the sounds of the balsamic.
