- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 02 Tbsp. olive oil
- 02 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- kosher salt
- ground pepper
Prepare a cookie sheet by coating with 01 Tbsp. of olive oil.
Slice cabbage into 1/4 inch rounds.
Place cabbage steaks onto the cookie sheet.
Coat with remaining olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour.
Flip cabbage steaks and continue to cook for 1/2 hour or until cabbage is tender.
