- 01 Tbsp. dried thyme
- 01 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 03 C unsalted roasted peanuts
- 1/2 C pure maple syrup
- 03 slices of bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
In a medium bowl, mix the thyme, salt, Old Bay, cayenne and dry mustard.
Add the peanuts, bacon and maple syrup and toss to combine.
Let cool, stirring occasionally to break up any clumps.
Transfer the peanuts to a bowl and serve.
